Top-hill luxury residence with swimming pool and stunning 180 sea view. 2 bed-room apartment with everything you need to spend your holidays. Sea view, swimming pool and no discoteques - the perfect place for those in search of comfort and stunning views. Fits the best for car travellers. The pool is available is free of charge and available for the tenants and guests of the residential complex. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available. Please remember that we can only accept cash for your stay here. You will need to register as a tourist during the first day in Montenegro and pay tourist tax, which is one euro per person per day.
The place is located at the hill Vidikovac (which is translated from Montenegrin as View Point), so... from the windows of the apartment you have one of the best views on Budva Riviera, Old Town and St Nikola Island. And you can also enjoy the same view from the swimming pool terrace while doing your morning work out or just having the sun bath. About 20 minutes walking to the Old Town, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and beaches. You are right above all these touristic attractions and can enjoy the sea view privately even in the peak of the season. Morning and evening jogging is super recommended from the hill to the sea and along the sea. Going up back home can be quite challenging - so the taxi is the perfect easy solution and will cost you around 4 euro in June-August, and around 1,5 euro in other months (yes! the way up is really UP! Be prepared).
