The apartment is located one kilometer from the city center of Skopje. It takes about 30 minutes on foot to reach the main square, the old Skopje bazaar, and the fortress, or only 5 minutes by bus. The apartment is situated in a relatively lively area, with a children's park, large and small supermarkets, a pharmacy, banks, and a currency exchange office behind the building. Additionally, there is a gas station behind the building that operates 24/7, and 20 meters away there is a tobacco shop that also operates 24/7. Nearby, right next to the building, there are restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy delicious food or have a nice coffee. For nature lovers, right in front of the building is Mount Vodno, the symbol of Skopje. In just 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the hiking trails that lead to the top of the mountain at 1060 meters above sea level. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi, television, a fully equipped kitchen, towels, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and a washing machine for your convenience.
