This property, although small, is situated on the ground floor of a two-floor (ground floor and upper floor) round building. The cluster of buildings totalling 4, has it's own drive in and open-air swimming pool (not heated), bordering a couple of gardens with ample space. The apartment has its own private outdoor terrace with garden furniture consisting of a table and 3 chairs as well as 2 sun beds/loungers. The terrace has its own door and provided key. The apartment is open-plan with 1 very large and three smaller windows, and a separate bathroom. The apartment is close to a quiet large round and about 10 minutes on foot from the coast road and beach/public swimming zone. It is only 15 minutes away on foot from both water parks 'Mediterraneo' and 'Splash and Fun'. Buses run frequently from the coast road to Sliema and Valletta and in the opposite direction to St. Paul's Bay.

I have always been working for tourists in my various jobs as guide and travel representative. I am knowledgeable about the requirements of different holidaymakers and am able to preempt any misconceptions, in order to ensure a satisfactory and pleasurable time at my apartment in Malta.

The neighborhood is quiet, also close to country walks towards San Pawl tat-Targa and Gharghur. A grocer is just round the corner and the coast road with a rocky/partly sandy beach in the vicinity offers good restaurants as well as kiosks. The coast road is only a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Buses commute there in both directions, towards St.Julians, Sliema, Valletta as well as to St. Paul's Bay, Mellieha and Cirkewwa (ferry crossing to Gozo) frequently. An important landmark very close to the apartment is the Marija tal-Angli parish church of Bahar ic-Caghaq with a lovely frontal public garden and playground. The only available, however fully-stocked grocery is only across the road from the property. The apartment is only a 15 minute walk away from 2 great water parks, namely Mediterraneo and Splash and Fun.
