One can sit and relax in the terrace directly overlooking the stunning Xemxija Bay from the highest floor. One may also enjoy rare picturesque views of the discreet local protected wetland habitat known as 'Simar'. Our Penthouse is conveniently located 10 minutes bus ride away from the most beautiful beaches in Malta such as Golden Bay. 5 guests sleep comfortably & it is possible to stay in touch with your loved ones via high speed Wifi. All bed linen and towels are also provided. The property is accessed by a lift and is comfortably designed with all modern day amenities. It includes a spacious living area, lovely large Seafront terrace, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 single bedroom. STUNNING Bay and reserve Views are there to enjoy endlessly.. Place is also equipped with a fully functional kitchen. The property sleeps 5 guests so it is ideal for small families or a group of friends who want a comfortable and spacious property to enjoy. It is possible for you to stay in touch with your loved ones during your stay via free high speed Wifi. All bed linen and towels are provided at the property. Baby cot available upon request. Neighbourhood information

Some of the best Restaurants on the island are located 5 minutes away from the apartment such as Ta Grabiel and Terragon. Notoriously prefferred by most locals is a fantastic ice cream place called Sotto Zero which is located 5 minutes away too. One will find a wide variety of various cuisine restaurants, cafes and bars, family friendly activites, the Malta National Aquarium and of course the Xemxija Bay right opposite the Penthouse Getting around The quickest and simplest way to arrive to the property would be by Taxi. If you wish to enjoy an easy direct transfer directly to the apartment or even from the apartment back to the airport, we can set it all up for you at no extra cost (you just pay the taxi driver). We will instruct the taxi driver that upon your arrival into Malta, he/she will simply wait for you at the ‘arrivals’ area holding a sign having your name written on it so that you can easily recognize him. If you would like to book the taxi, please confirm the number of people requiring the taxi and the flight number just in case of any delays.
