This newly refurbished, boutique style second floor Studio suite is a 5-minute walk to Valletta City gate, the bus terminus and shopping malls. It features a fully furnished and air-conditioned main room with free wifi and TV screen with Netflix , Disney and You-Tube apps already installed. It is comprised of a King size bed 150cm x 200cm, a 2-seater double sofa bed (140cm x 190cm), a small dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room. The studio boasts of its open views extending to Valletta, the Mall Gardens and beyond and overlooking the Floriana Granaries allowing the perfect and unobstructed view when concerts such as Isle of MTV, Robbie Williams and Andre Rieu take place. The majestic Floriana Parish church is just across the road.

The Studio Suite is only a 5 minute walk to Valletta Gate - the entrance to the capital city of Malta. Opposite the Studio suite is the largest public square in Malta - The Granaries - and just in front is St. Publius Church. A number of events take place on The Granaries, the latest being Isle of MTV. Top Attractions within walking distance are: The Argotti Botanic Gardens & Resource Centre, The Mall Gardens, The Valletta Waterfront where there are many good restaurants and plenty of shops, Sarria Church, Portes des Bombes, The War Memorial. Beautiful buildings adorn the quaint streets. Free on-street parking around The Granaries is available. Parking in the streets of Floriana is free but timed. A clock dial is needed which can be obtained from the Local Council at the end of the street. A multi-storey car park is only 5 minutes away just before the entrance to Valletta.
