Towels are changed every 2 days, while cleaning takes place every 4 days.

When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.

Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less. Fees apply on check in and a damage deposit is required.

The roof-top pool has an age restriction, following the local health and safety regulations: it is for people 17+.

The guest will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card. A pre-authorisation of a minimum of EUR 50 and up to EUR 100 will be blocked until the guest departs from our property. No cash deposits are accepted.

Minimum pre-authorisation depends on the room type booked.

Upon check-out, we will refund the pre-authorised charge to the guest's card, but it may take longer depending on the guest's bank.

Please note that excavation works at the back of the complex started on October 19th, 2024, by third-party contractors. During this period, guests may experience some noise.

Please note that renovation work of the main lobby will be carried out from November 25th, 2025 to April 15th, 2026 from 08:00 to 18:00 daily.
