This two bedroom apartment, situated in a modern block in the heart of Sliema, is only a few steps away from the most sought after Promenade on Tower Road. Perfectly positioned with trendy promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips, bus stops and Sliema’s busy shopping centre literally at your doorstep. It is just ideal for a couple or for a family with one or two children. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please be advised that there is an ongoing construction site nearby, and as a result, there might be some unavoidable noise disturbances. WiFi Internet are being offered on a complimentary basis. The location of this property is unbeatable being just a 20 second walk away from the famous Sliema promenade offering you shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, water sports, beaches, etc. And for those of you who prefer swimming in a pool, a number of quality lidos can also be found close by. If you don’t want to rent a car this apartment is just ideal as public transport is only a short walk away. This is certainly the perfect holiday place to feel at home in sunny Malta! In Malta, cockroaches and various insects are a common sight, particularly during the warmer months. These pests are often attracted to light and food sources, making homes and other buildings ideal habitats. One of the most effective ways to minimize their presence indoors is to keep windows closed during the evening when these insects are most active. Additionally, ensuring that drains are properly sealed can prevent cockroaches from entering through these pathways. By taking these simple preventive measures, you can significantly reduce the likelihood of insect infestations in your home.

Sliema is a town located on the northeast coast of Malta. It is a centre for shopping, restaurants and café life. Tas-Sliema is also a major commercial and residential area and houses several quality hotels. Tas-Sliema, which means 'peace, comfort', was once a quiet fishing village on the peninsula across Marsamxett Harbour from Valletta. Now Tas-Sliema and the coastline up to neighbouring St. Julian's constitutes Malta's main coastal and touristic resort.
