The penthouse, with elevator access, is comprised of: • Front terrace – 2 sun loungers, dining table seats 4 • Kitchen – Microwave oven, electric oven, gas hob, separate fridge and freezer, dining table seats 5 • Living – 3-seater wide sofa with extendable seats, 55” smart 3D TV, A/C, PlayStation, sound system, Wi-Fi • Bedroom 1 – Queen bed, A/C • Bedroom 2 – Double bed, free-standing fan, office corner • Bathroom – Spacious shower, dual vanity • Laundry room – Washing machine, ironing board, iron • Back terrace • Underlying 1-car lockup garage (at an extra cost) - > The penthouse is a nonsmoking environment, and no pets are allowed.
