This accommodation is a private property not a hotel, therefore has NO reception or staff on-site, however I am always on call should anything be required during your stay. It is important that you advise your time of arrival upon booking and to arrange for check-in. We do offer airport transfers, and suggest that you book our own taxi transfer from the airport upon arrival. Our taxi driver will take you directly to the apartment, avoiding the hassle of looking for the apartment, and will give you the keys to get inside. Brand new, comfortable, clean, luxurious accommodation equipped with all the required amenities. The layout of the two-bedroom maisonette consists of a spacious living area on entrance, leading to a separate fully-equipped bright kitchen/dining area, equipped for self-catering. At the back there is a luxurious double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds plus one extra pull-out bed, and one family bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. An extra foldable bed is also available for the sixth person. A sunny, sizable, private back terrace with luxury outdoor lounge furniture compliments this property, allowing you to soak up the sun at any time of day. This elevated ground floor apartment has a separate entrance shared only with our Studio Apartment, which is available to rent separately for 2-3 people (smaller kids may be additionally accommodated in the studio). The studio apartment is small but comfortable and is fully-equipped for a self-catering holiday, with a small kitchenette, large double bed, sofa bed, shower bathroom, as well as a small, sunny, side terrace. The two apartments may be rented together for larger groups of up to 9 people.

The maisonette is located on the periphery of St. Julians/Swieqi, at the edge of Triq is-Sirk, near Link School of English, and is just 5 minutes walk away from the sandy beach St. George's Bay (suitable for swimming and sunbathing), Paceville centre or Spinola Bay. The maisonette is located in the middle of the island's entertainment hub, within walking distance to the best restaurants, hot spots and activities in the area, yet in a quiet residential street. All necessary shops and amenities are very close by, one corner away from the property. At the same time the apartment is perfect to enjoy a peaceful, quiet evening in should one wish. Property is located in a peaceful, upmarket residential area with detached housing, having its own entrance, rather than in a block of apartments. The island is well served by public transport and there is a bus stop just outside the property. ​​ Being located in the most central area, it is not necessary to rent a car, but should one prefer to, there is normally ample on-street parking available close by.
