We prefer a direct approach towards our guests and so ALL of these are greeted by us. On arrival we explain how everything works, and if the information is too much to handle, the information booklet supplied in the apartment, practically details all this. We also prefer to exchange telephone numbers and also provide our guests with tips on what to do and where to visit.

Property information

Sands is located in the mecca of the entertainment centre in Malta, but still far away from the noise and liveliness of the place. Sands is a stunning ground floor maisonette which offers abundant space and light, a modern finish throughout (measuring an astounding 140sqm); open-plan kitchen/sitting/dining, modern bathroom and additional en-suite, 2 large bedrooms sleep 6 (3 sofabeds in lounge and another 2 in lounge extension area which overlooks the front walkways and beach, sleep another 8 persons). Sands boasts a 46' LCD TV, DVD, and wifi internet connection and free fixed line telephony (Malta only), surrounded by furniture that exudes comfort, elegance and style. To compliment this property, a back garden, measuring 85sqm houses a heated 2.2m x 2.2m heated Jacuzzi spa for 6 people with gazebo cover, portable gas barbeque, garden furniture, hammock, and both sunbathing and shaded area. Located away from the crowded scene but close enough just the same, Sands is tucked away in a quite niche for great family entertainment. A true gem, definitely a place to fall in love with.

Neighbourhood information

Sands is just 3 minutes (by walk) away from supermarkets, shops, the beach, designer shops, entertainment area, bars, shopping malls, cinema complex, bowling alley, cafes, restaurants, bus stop, tourist information offices, promenade, etc. - you are really in the right place with everything close by. If you are making your way by by, at the bus terminus in St. Julians, you are to walk towards the taxi stand in the square where Burger King is located; walk down the road where you will see clubs on either side, past Plush, until you come to Hugo's Boutique Hotel; opposite this, you will find an open car park - proceed inside the car park; at the end of this, about 100m away, you will find steps which lead down to the footpaths that lead you to the apartment. Please remember to call us when you arrive (we are only a few minutes away so you won't wait for long - in the meantime, should you wish, you can go back towards the way you came, and just a few metres up from Hugo's, you will find the Axis complex - here you will find the Arcardia Supermarket where you can also do some shopping for your daily provisions if you'd like.
