Residing at Mountview is ideal for those seeking a serene & natural environment in Malta, while also being just a short distance away from the bustling districts of St. Julians and Sliema. This 200+sqm modernist condo boasts high ceilings and is located within a distinctive late 1960s detached building, surrounded by typical Maltese fields. This view offers a glimpse into the authentic rural life of Malta, adding a touch of tranquility to the experience. Important to note that you will be renting a room not the whole apartment.
I operate from my home office and have a passion for music and all things creative. I enjoy uniting people and regularly coordinate events in Malta & Gozo. Assisting guests in making the most of their time on the island brings me great joy. My girlfriend and I reside in this condominium when she's in Malta, along with a delightful foster dog. Additionally, there's another bedroom available on Airbnb in the same condo, with whom you'll share the bathroom.
This apartment is situated on the outskirts of Victoria Gardens, a private villa community, which makes it an incredibly peaceful and quiet location. Walking around the area is beautiful and all amenities are within walking distance.
