A hidden gem in Albion, on the vibrant West Coast of Mauritius. Live a truly authentic experience from your own private villa, equipped with all modern amenities to make your stay a truly memorable one. The villa is less than 1 min by car (or 5 mins walk) from Dodo Supermarket where you can can all your groceries and food supplies for your stay. Dip in your own private pool, enjoy long walks on the beach, watch stunning sunsets and visit the whole island from your home base.
We are Tej and Rowin, your hosts at the Tropical Paradise Villa who have lived in Albion for the past 10 years. We are excited to welcome you to our Villa as from December 2025 and will gladly answer any of your queries pertaining to your stay.
Albion is truly a hidden gem located on the West coast of Mauritius. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the common touristy areas but at the same time has all the facilities needed for a memorable island getaway like 2 stunning beaches just minutes away, a well-stocked Supermarket only 5 minutes walking distance from the Property (less than 1 min by car), an ATM, a pharmacy and lots of food outlets around the area to savour authentic Mauritian dishes. Albion is also strategically located to explore the different parts of the island easily - Port Louis the City Centre can be reached in 20 mins, Flic en Flac beach in 15 mins, Tamarin in 30 mins and Grand Baie in 45 mins. A car or taxi is recommended to visit the island at your own pace.
