A private luxury villa situated at Pointe Aux Sables near London Way Supermarket and only a few minutes drive away from the sandy beach of la Pointe.
For your comfort, the villa is equipped with 4 Air-conditioned bedrooms of which 1 is ensuite with bathtub and shower cabin, 2 bedrooms with common bathtub and shower. 1 bedroom studio annexed with own bathroom and kitchen, overlooking the pool.
Covered Swimming Pool, large veranda and terrace of 600 Sq feet. The laundry is equipped with Washing Machine.. Modern and fully equipped kitchen.
