The Residence Maldives is located in the beautiful island of Falhumaafushi. It welcomes guests with luxuriously furnished guestrooms fitted with a private terrace and free internet access. Guests also enjoy free access to the outdoor swimming pool. Featuring high ceilings and large windows, each luxurious guestroom is fitted with a DVD player, plush sofa and a private bar. The spacious en suite bathrooms include a stand-alone bathtub and free toiletries. Larger rooms boast a private pool. Guests can utilize the fitness centre and soothe tense muscles at Spa by Clarins. The Residence Maldives can also arrange for diving and snorkeling activities. Other facilities include a 24-hour reception and airport shuttle services are available at a surcharge. Overlooking the clear blue waters and partially submerged in the swimming pool, The Beach Bar serves light meals and island-style cocktails. Other dining options include The Dining Room, The Sunset Grill and The Falhumaa, which serves an array of fine international cuisines. This elegant resort is situated in Gaafu Alifu Atoll.

The property can be reached by domestic flight transfers:

Domestic Flight transfer takes 55 minutes (if direct) from Male International Airport to Local Airport “Kooddoo”. Speedboat transfers take 7 minutes from Local Airport “Kooddoo” to Resort.

The transfers rates are: Adult (12 years & above) = USD 450 net per person, roundtrip, children (2 – 11.99 years) = USD 370 net per person, roundtrip, infant (0 – 1.99 years) = USD 103 net per person, roundtrip.

Please share your flight details with the property at least 14 days before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for a transfer.

Any last minute bookings (within 7 days prior to the date of arrival) transfers can be arranged, subject to the seats' availability from the domestic airline.

MANDATORY FESTIVE SUPPLEMENTS:

1. Christmas Eve (24 December), a mandatory supplement of USD 270 net per adult and USD 135 net per child (2 – 11.99 Years) will be chargeable.

2. New Year Eve Supplement (31 December), a mandatory supplement of USD 360 net per adult and USD 180 net per child (2 – 11.99 Years) will be chargeable.

Children less below 11.99 years will get complimentary breakfast, other optional meal plans and mandatory supplements will be chargeable. Maximum 1 child stays free based on existing bedding policy. Transfers & Green tax will be chargeable.

Please note that a Green Tax of USD 12 per child, per night is applicable additionally. This tax is already calculated and included in the booking price for adults.

Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in and making the payment at the hotel. Please note that the property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.
