Nice 2 bedrooms condo in a new safe residencial neighborhood with pool and private security, only 15 minutes from Marina Vallarta and 20 from the beautiful beaches of Nuevo Vallarta. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need during your stay. A/C units in both bedrooms and Living room/ kitchen area. The Unit is close to public transportation. Private parking lot for one car, it also has a safe for your belongings, TV, internet >200Mbps...

It's a private residencial neighborhood located few minutes away from Las juntas, between Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta which is a good option for people wanting to enjoy both The downtown and the nice endless beaches from Nuevo Vallarta. There is a couples of mini markets, and small restaurants within walking distances. The public transportation is 200 meters away and take you to downtown or Las Juntas where you can catch busses for Sayulita, nuevo Vallarta etc... The place is ideal if you have a car or use Taxis/Uber
