Welcome to San Rafael 3, a cousy condo with an incredible view, illuminated and super located in the main center of San Miguel de Allende. 3.5 blocks from the Parish and the Main Garden. 3 to 10 min. walking to all the markets, museums, restaurants and galleries. Furnished and equipped with all the comforts both to rest, to be with family or have fun with friends. Pool, Jacuzzi, Terrace with BBQ, Canteen and free private parking. Built inside a historical house from the beginning of the century called El Retoño. It is decorated combining contemporary and antique furniture and objects. The view of the sunsets is spectacular. It has BT speakers in bedrooms, living room and dining room to make your stay more pleasant. It is very well equipped with all possible utensils for kitchen, living room, dining room, Bar, BBQ, terrace, bedrooms and bathrooms. We are sure that your stay at San Rafael 3 will be very pleasant and we will always be attentive to anything you need. Extras: We love pets, so they are welcome, however we must do a very deep cleaning upon departure, which is why we charge an extra cost per stay. For the use of the jacuzzi we ask to reserve it 24 hours in advance to be able to heat it and this has an extra cost. With great pleasure we can have your pantry ready in the condo prior to your arrival, this has an extra cost. If you like, we can support you with the transportation logistics from the closest airport to SMA, the extra cost will depend on the location of the airport. Inside the apartment there is an exhibition of original paintings, which you can buy if you like. We will help you with transportation in case the dimensions are very large.

I was born in Colombia, the daughter of an architect father and mother, Industrial Designer and Interior Architect by profession, painting is one of my hobbies inherited from my family and I have been enjoying it for more than 25 years. My life has been spent living in 3 beautiful countries: Colombia, my native country, Spain, the country where I was trained as an interior architect, and Mexico, my current residence for more than 20 years, where I have managed to practice everything I have learned professionally and in where I formed my family and my home. I am passionate about traveling around the world. Nothing fills me more than seeing, feeling and experiencing every detail, every smell, every corner, every custom transmitted by different cultures throughout the globe. Currently I divide my time between painting (my original paints are exhibited inside the apartment and available for be sold), the direction of my Digital Marketing agency called Medio Digital, and of course my family and friends. One of my biggest hobbies is receiving guests in my house, and that is why I have built and furnished with so much love this condo called San Rafael 3, which I hope you enjoy as much as I do when I am in the city of San Miguel de Allende.

The condo is located in the first quadrant of San Miguel de Allende downtown just 3 blocks from the parish and the main garden of the city. All places of interest are within walking distance of the apartment.
