Our guests are our priority, our concierge staff will contact the guests after the reservation and prior the arrival in order to coordinate the check-in and the access to our guests; OFFICE HOUR ARRIVAL: Our concierge will provide our guetss of the complete information to reach Bahia Principe developpment, how to reach the reception and will be welcomed by the staff, got the accessto the condo and will receive any information requested to enjoy the apartment, its services and Bahia Principe activities & beach club. LATE ARRIVAL: Our concierge will provide in advance of the full information, maps and directions to reach Bahia Principe, where to collect the keys and access instructions together with a welcome letter with principale services information. The next day the concierge will come and visit the guest to finalize the registration process and give all additional information needed to enjoy the stay in full.
