Upon check-in photo identification and the credit card used to make the reservation is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
The Chianti Restaurant is available only for stays of 3 nights minimum in the All Inclusive plan. Restrictions may apply.
The Umami restaurant is only available for stays of a minimum of 5 nights on an all-inclusive basis. Restrictions may apply.
One extra child or adult will be charged USD 150 extra per person per night when using existing beds.
Up to two children from 0 to 5 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Please be informed that the Bellavista Restaurant will be closed for remodeling starting on August 11. Breakfast service will be offered at the Deck Restaurant for approximately 5 months. The remodeling work will take place from Monday to Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Guest will be asked to pay a deposit of $150.00 USD or $3,000.00 MXN per stay. It will be refund during check out.
