Here are a few things about the house once you get to the house. There will be a Property Wavier, please read and sign for each person that stays at the house. the marine is walking distance with the house, beach is very close and is the only good spot to swim in all of san jose del cabo lots of restaurants to eat, beach front bar, actives booths for fishing whale watching and etc, You can buy fresh fish blocks away at the fishing palapas. Swimming with the dolphins is 5 mins away, you can drive or walk there. We have a corner store to buy food, beers stores, and oxxo all is this fishing village.
