Downtown Central Zone. Safe neighborhood! Lots of restaurants walking distance from the condo. There is an Oxxo convenience store 1 block away. Malecon is only 3 blocks away! 10 minute walk to the Pino Juarez Mercado for shopping and souvenirs. Olas Altas and the Plaza Machado are about a 15 minute walk. Bus route runs right out front of the condo for easy access to all of Mazatlan. Easiest way to get around is via Uber or Didi apps. The main bus runs right out front of the condominium building. Area is super safe to walk.
