Parties or "Quiet Gatherings" are not permitted.

Your stay includes the use of 30 kW per day, thus providing you with a comfortable and responsible stay.

Upon arrival and departure, we will send you the image of your meter to monitor the previous point.

Upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of $1,000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, in case you have not exceeded the allowed kw limit during your stay (cost of 3.66 for each kw exceeded).

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 09:00:00.

A damage deposit of US$200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
