Have a coffee, morning beach walk, relax under a Palapa and swim either at the ocean or at the pool! Fully equipped 2 bedroom condo. Beautiful and wide beach, ideal for walking, running or jogging. Nearby Shopping Centers: Kukulcan and La Isla. Excellent brands and restaurants. Cozy and spacious! Front ocean view terrace, each one has a sitting area. A very well distributed space for living and dining rooms, full kitchen with oven. Four full bathrooms. INTERIOR Bedroom 1, 1 King size bed, full bathroom,TV, air conditioning Bedroom 2, 2 double beds, full bathroom, air conditioning. Living room with two large sofas, television and ocean views. Dining room with chairs for 6 people, sea view. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, stove, utensils, toaster, blender, coffee maker. EXTERIOR Parking. Swimming pool beach access You have free access to pool beach, and common areas, parking for 1 automobile. Shopping mall La Isla & Kukulcan, have an area for Luxury brands like Hermes, YSL, Louis Vuitton, Carolina Herrera among others. Along Kukulcan Boulevard you will find Restaurants right by the lagoon to enjoy a special dinner. Driving downtown it is Puerto Cancun, a mall for a nice afternoon for movies, shopping and restaurants.

Wake up every day and enjoy the sunrise from your bed, looking a blue Caribbean ocean! Villa Marlin has a convenience 24 hours store downstairs at street level, supermarket is walking distance across the street. Best shopping mall La Isla and Luxury Avenue at Kukulcan mall are walking distance. Best restaurants from different cuisines nearby, driving 10 minutes all night activity area and 20 minutes driving from downtown. Transportation is very easy, bus & Taxis runs 24 hours along Hotel Zone Boulevard, e every 10-15 minutes (only one-way lane, each side). They will take you through the hotel zone to downtown Cancun City. You can also walk to the different destinations due to its proximity. In case you may need it, we can help you to rent a car.
