Located in Beautiful Safe Mazatlan. Directly on the Pacific Ocean with direct beach access in season. But the Condo has many luxury features and is brand new with Flat screen tvs, 2 swimming pools, kids pool, ocean view. Accessories to make your stay comfortable, coffee maker, blender, towels, sheets, cookware, and tableware, and more.

Neighbourhood information

Very safe park-like setting."no crime area" Walking trails which run for 20 minutes in a very safe area of Mazatlan. Excellent for Canadians Mexico, and Americans.
