Property information

Quiet and safe. Electric fence all around, cameras on building premises (not inside apartment), night guard on-duty, day administrator on-site, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Has a BBQ area with tables and chairs as well as pool and jacuzzi.

Neighbourhood information

Tranquil and safe residential neighborhood. There is an OXXO convenience store a block away and nigh walking is pretty safe. Even though the area is very centric as it sits pretty much in the middle of Puerto Vallarta, still, a car or Uber may be needed for getting to airport, beaches, downtown...
