*To maintain the tranquility and security of the condominium, we only accept FAMILIES or groups traveling for rest or business in this department. Groups that come to party, visits or extra guests are not allowed. An ID will be requested from each guest prior to arrival for registration* 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. Fully furnished and equipped. One of the best locations between downtown Cancun and the hotel zone.

Neighbourhood information

Peaceful neighborhood. Right next to Puerto Juarez. Surrounded by the best local sea food restaurants in Cancun. Isla Mujeres Ferry terminal is walking distance away from here. There is 24/7 mini market right across the street for basics and a local market about 6 blocks away. I recommend as the best option to rent a car. In that case, there are a lot of companies at the airport and at downtown that offer that service. In other case, you always have the option of asking for a taxi which can be requested by security guards. Prices are so fare around downtown area but, if you're going to hotel zone, they increase up. The third option is taking the public transportation. There is a bus stop right in front to the condo entrance. This route starts here and It will take you all the way to the hotel zone.
