TAKE.NOTE : 3-bedroom apartment / 2 aircon. Sleeps 7 adults MAX. MAX 3 kids 12yrs & below stay free (share beddings). We SANITISE before next guest checks-in. **Aircon ONLY in LIVING ROOM & MASTER BEDROOM.** Master bedroom queen bed (aircon)/the other 2 bedrooms 1 single bed + pull out bed + 1 Spinahealth foldable mattress. 2 bedrooms ceiling fans ONLY. Kitchen has microwave oven,egg boiler,kettle,fridge & washing machine. WIFI speed UPGRADED to 30mbps in Jan 2022. With our smart TV, you can access Youtube & Netflix (Netflix must use own account). Nice view of limestone hills & peaceful. Due to strict rules by management, pls read below to prevent any misunderstanding later. Sunway City Ipoh is a reputable area. Hana Lodge is Muslim-owned. Everyone is welcomed to stay. However, we DO NOT ALLOW ALCOHOL & PORK / SMOKING / WILD PARTY inside the house. Failing to stick to the rules, your SECURITY DEPOSIT may be forfeited after thorough checks by our staff after you have checked out. Smokers, please smoke at the balcony or outside the house. Alpine Village is guarded 24hours by well-trained uniformed security guards. Security cameras @ prominent locations. We are on the 2nd floor (lift-level). Convenient for elderlies & babies on strollers. FREE Parking for MAXIMUM 2 CARS ONLY inside Alpine Village.
