The Apartment with (3 Bedroom) Standing tall in Boulevard Shopping Mall. A specious brand new elegantly 3 Bedroom Grand Suite Apartment ( with balcony ) which sit on top the premier shopping destination.
Guests Access . Guests are welcome to use all facilities within the building, subject to operation hours. Guests will have access to gym, swimming pool, sauna and steam bath. at (level 6)
The kitchen is available to use for light cooking and keeping groceries in the fridge. washer and dryer are also available for use.
Make yourself at home. For traveler who travel in large group, this is a very cost effective way to save on accommodation costs.
Safe and peaceful with 24 hours security.

The apartment (Imperial Grand Suites) is located within Sarawak's Largest Shopping Mall, Boulevard Hypermarket & Departmental Store, Food Courts , there have restaurant , KFC, Pizza Hut, Sugar Bun,Sushi King, Boulevard Chinese Restaurant , Imperial Cafe... Etc
KUCHING (one stop lifestyle shopping at your door step) and adjoins with Imperial hotel.
3 mins walk cross over opposite side, there have a lot of local food hawker centre .
Grabs and Taxi are friends to get you to anywhere : )
Other things to notes:
Imperial Grand suites is only 7 minutes drive to Kuching International Airport and
Long Distance Bus Station( travel to Pontianak, Indonesia, Sarikei/Sibu and Bintulu);
