House Guidelines for a Pleasant Stay 1. Conserve Utilities: Please turn off lights, AC, taps, and appliances when not in use. 2. Key Rules: * Only registered guests allowed; no visitors. * Strictly no smoking/vaping indoors. * No parties, events, or loud gatherings. * No pets. * Remove shoes inside. * No commercial photography/videography. 3. Noise: Be mindful of volume, especially evenings/mornings, as walls are not soundproof. 4. Kitchen: Light cooking only (avoid strong odours). Basic utensils, appliances, starter condiments, and complimentary snacks/drinks provided. 5. Dining: Eat only in the dining area, not bedrooms. Durian is strictly prohibited indoors. 6. Laundry: Washer/dryer available; please do not use after 8:00 PM. 7. Safety: A first aid kit is in the wooden cabinet outside the bedrooms. 8.
