Good morning and namaste dear guest, Thank you for reaching out to this property. We are pleased to see u here. To add a little about this property, its a residential home with 2.5 story building, where a nice quiet small family lives on first floor while the groud floor entirely is for the guest. It has its own entrance, however the common shared spaces are parking space, garden and outdoor patio. However, the garden space is for the guest to relax and sit. Its a 2 BHK apartment home. We keep our apartment neat, tidy and clean and fresh for guest comfort. Theres a kitchen with equipped utensils, microwave oven, 190L fridge, gas stove and all cutlery for your convenience. We also have tawa pam for roti cooking and belan to make roti as well. A big dining table to serve u well and a bright cozy living space to wnjoy ur best netflix series. A big queen size and king size bed with best spring matress for ur comfort sleep and cozy rooms to lighten up ur mood and keep u refreshed. We also provide a washer-dryer machine for long term staying guest without any charges. U can smoke outside at the garden area and chill and read some books as well as prepare BBQ.

Its a residential area, thats why the quiet hours starts at 9pm- 6 am in the morning. Theres plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, grocery shop just nearby walking distance. Beautiful sightseeing area, like swyambhunath temple or thr monkey temple is 10 min ride. Similarly there are lots of monasteries and greenery areas tip easily reach out. Vehicles are easily accessible. And u can always use in-drive bike/car to reach anywhere shortly. Thats what the local nepalese use here for travel. Main bus station is 10 min drive and thamel centre is 20min drive. Everything is just nearby . Live within the Nepali residents and take home the feeling of true nepal here in ktm. Valley. Its 30-35 min ride from pashupatinath temple and TIA airport area but once ur here, everything is centrally located.
