Beautiful, Gorgeous & Sophisticated, new modern and extraordinary dwelling; This is non-smoking property with plenty of parking available on the street. The accommodation available is for 2 private ensuites with communal lounge area upstairs in the newest subdivision of Flat Bush, Manukau area closer to the airport, shopping malls and public transport and train station. 5 minutes' drive from Manukau City and Mall and 3 minutes' drive from Ormiston and Botany Mall. Access to modern amenities, Lovely upstairs rumpus room with convenient breakfast counter and bar, built in kitchenette, (inclusive of microwave, toaster, electric jug, rice cooker, microwave toastie maker, microwave egg cooker, refrigerator, built-in walk-in wardrobes. Both rooms have private bathroom. So, either you are transitioning from the airport, stop, sleep, park and fly or looking for a long-term stay or long-term parking, 48 Chands is your ideal absolute comfort and luxury accommodation. Please note: This is a shared house and also has an attached apartment to this property. Guests book private rooms and share common areas with others; part of the property is occupied by the owners as well. For the comfort and privacy of all guests, any sort of commercial filming and photography is not permitted.

New Subdivision , Family friendly and quiet and peace neighbourhood . Closer to the airport and shopping malls , great restaurants and coffee shops and laundry Mart just around the corner .
