Property information

This charming A-Frame style property is perfect for a place to relax while on business, or as a hideaway while exploring Dunedin. Prepare a meal in the fully equipped modern kitchen or unwind with Netflix in the spacious living area. The spacious bedroom, located in the "loft area" upstairs, boast great views of the city and harbour and provides another nook to relax in. All within a stone's throw from the city centre! Please note that the hot tub in this unit is set in a fenced, private outdoor area - however it is a shared facility with 2 other accommodations. Each has it's own entry into the private spa area.

Neighbourhood information

We are within walking distance (10 minutes, down a hill) of the historic Warehouse Precinct, and the many great cafes and eateries nearby. Journey only slightly further (15 minutes from the apartment) and you will find yourself in the Octagon, the main hub of the City Centre. A regular bus service runs to and from town from High Street, a 1 minute walk from the Unit.
