Relax and enjoy this calm, stylish and sunny space of 2 bedrooms, open living, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate shower room & toilet. Also includes a laundry. Small sunny deck with BBQ for your use, off street parking.
Garry and I have been married for 45 years. Our most favourite things to do are fishing, walking the Kaikoura peninsula and spending precious time with our 3 gorgeous grandchildren. We bought our little piece of paradise in Kaikoura as a family holiday home with the intention to retire here. We have recently renovated, have now moved here and enjoying meeting more people, working on completing our landscaping and relaxing in paradise.
A quiet & peaceful spot where you can relax and listen to the sea just 50 meters away. Just a stroll to the beautifully restored Pier Hotel and a 15-minute walk along The Esplanade to the hub of the town center's cafes, bars and restaurants or walk the peninsula from your doorstep to explore the local wildlife.
