Welcome to Beach Front, Palms Beach House. Right by the beach, this Kaiteriteri holiday home is ready to host your family or group adventures. Spend your days unwinding in the huge lounge filled with natural light and framing the views down to the beach, with two areas to choose from. The first area has solid victorian ash oak floors and 240kw wood burner fireplace, TV and leather sofa. The second offers surrounding blackened glass with king single bed perfect for relaxing with a good book. In the warmer months, sit out on the large sundeck with two sliding doors from both lounges with sea and beach views during those al fresco meals. The dining and kitchen space is separated from 2nd lounge studio by four large folding solid rimu doors. Enjoy cooking up a storm in the spacious atrium kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, convection and main oven, four plate gas hob stove and stainless steel fridge. The main bedroom is upstairs, with a queen bed and offers great sea and beach views. When you wake up, make the most of this spot and stay in bed a little longer. The main bedroom has a bathroom next door with shower, toilet and basin and heated towel rails. After those long days at the beach, enjoy a good rinse off in the outside garden bathroom with large open plan shower, basin and toilet. Perfect for getting rid of the sand! A stellar location - just seconds from the water's edge of Tapu Bay. Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park starts just a quick 10-minute cycle or 4-minute drive away. Motueka township is a 15-minute drive away with a Sunday Market that is a must-visit for artisan goods, local produce and great coffee. 'Stephens Bay Walk' starts at the reserve and goes through to the far end of Little Kaiteriteri beach, and across to Kaiteriteri itself. On the way, find the hidden treasure of Dummy Bay! Located at the Southern end of Abel Tasman National Park, Kaiteriteri is known for its golden sandy beach, making it the perfect place to relax and put your feet up any time of the year. If you're up for something active, hire a mountain bike and explore the trails, or get out on the water for some sailing or fishing. It's also a great place to catch a water taxi out to the Abel Tasman National Park for a day hike.
