This 2-bedroom townhouse has a large 50" Smart TV, gas fire, AC / heat pump in each of the bedrooms as well as a fully equipped new kitchen and wash & dryer. All-weather lawn is installed (no muddy footprints!) plus free WiFi and carpark are included with your stay. There’s also an award-winning bakery onsite along with a handy grocery store if you forget anything. You'll stay cool during hot summer nights and cozy during winter! With a gas fireplace installed, plus heat pumps and air-conditioning fitted in BOTH of the two bedrooms, this property ensures your comfort all year-round.

The Burrows Hutch is a quick 5-minute drive to Wanaka town centre, 25 minutes to Cardona, 40 minutes to Treble Cone ski resort and minutes away from Puzzling World, Crossfire, Hook Salmon, plus surrounding bike trails and the crystal Clutha River for fishing and jet boating. In fact, you could access one of the many walkways directly from your backyard. Plus on-site you'll find all the amenities and facilities you will ever need for a perfect getaway. You can grab your morning coffee and freshly baked croissants right outside your doorstep. Or dine at the welcoming Abie Tavern and Restaurant offering delicious family-friendly meals and a fine selection of New Zealand beers and wines.
