Privacy, mountain-views & sunshine abound at this tranquil retreat, Chartres Retreat. A spacious, warm & elegant 2-storey townhouse within Arrowtown's boutique residential estate. With 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, there is comfortable living for 6 guests. The large open-plan living / dining area comes complete with gas fire for apres-ski comfort. Large glass sliders open onto pretty outdoor dining area for summer BBQs. Chartres Retreat comfortably accommodates 6 guests - whether it's couples travelling together, or family groups on holiday, there is plenty of space & privacy for guests. Set over two levels, the property has spacious lounge / dining, and fully-equipped kitchen downstairs, along with separate laundry (with washing machine and drier), queen bedroom, and full bathroom. Glass sliding doors open up from the lounge with great indoor / outdoor flow to private patio and grassed lawn for outdoor dining, BBQs & relaxation. Upstairs, the master bedroom with ensuite & walk-in-wardrobe offers space to spread out, plus a third bedroom with two single beds offers guests space and comfort. Off-street carparking is available for two vehicles, and on-site garage storage for ski gear / bikes.

Chartres Retreat is situated in Arrowtown, a few minutes stroll to historic Arrowtown’s main street, with boutique retail stores, Dorothy Brown Cinema, Lakes Museum, cafes and restaurants, historic Chinese Village, and popular Arrow River track. Outdoor adventure awaits with an amazing 120km network of cycle and running trails to explore. Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket are 15 minutes by car, with Queenstown an easy 20-25 minute drive. Arrowtown’s Four-Square superette is a 2 minute drive from your accommodation. The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood.
