Stay in a modern townhouse just 15 minutes’ walk from the Town centre.
Enjoy your own private room upstairs with an ensuite shower bathroom and a double bed. The kitchen and lounge are shared spaces, ideal for relaxing or cooking a meal. Located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood close to shops, cafes, and public transport. Free street parking is available, and the area is well serviced by buses.
I have been hosting for a nearly a year and enjoy meeting new people and interacting as much as the guest would like to. I have travelled most of my life and love chatting to guests from around the world. My son Theo is around and is my cohost he is easy going and also enjoys meeting new people. We are always happy to make recommendations of places to visit if requested.
You are more than welcome to use the kitchen and lounge area. I have done quite a bit of travelling and stayed in many Airbnb's and I love to meet new people and am happy to share any local knowledge.
Your room is up the stairs and turn right at the top of the stairs. Your room has the view looking out to the sea.
Our place is part way up High Street and yes it is Dunedin so we are part way up a hill. The area in general is quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of free parking on the street or side street close to the property. We are very close to many of the amazing places to visit in Dunedin.
