This is a modern, tasteful and comfortable unit comprising two queen bedrooms, full bathroom, living /kitchen. It opens out into a peaceful garden and plentiful bird life. This apartment is the downstairs half of a two storeyed house and the owners live in the upstairs portion.
I enjoy the natural tranquil setting of the garden and the bird life. The peaceful extensive garden and the privacy.
The property is situated in a quiet cul de sac overlooking the Leith Valley. This home is two storeyed….my partner and I live on the top storey and the ground floor is a fully self contained two bedroom, one bathroom and living/ dining/ kitchen space which is reasonably large. There are French doors into the garden from both bedrooms and the living room. It is very sunny. Parking is adjacent the unit.
