Welcome to Kaiteriteri Bay & Beyond – your peaceful base in Kaiteriteri.
This newly built, spacious home offers breathtaking views across Kaiteriteri Bay and Abel Tasman National Park. Designed for year-round comfort, the house is exceptionally well insulated, keeping it warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer.
The home features a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need -including an espresso machine for your morning brew. Each bedroom is furnished with comfy beds and stunning sea views to wake up to.
Inside, there’s something for everyone: unwind with a selection of board games, enjoy some Xbox time, or stream your favourite shows on Netflix and Disney+ via our guest accounts.
While the outdoor area is still taking shape, there’s plenty of space for ball games, along with a trampoline and table tennis for added fun. The property is peaceful and feels secluded, though we do share the site with the owners’ elderly parents who live quietly in a small home next door.
We welcome pets by arrangement and kindly ask for a small additional fee to help cover extra cleaning.
Come and enjoy the views, the comfort, and the best of Kaiteriteri from this special spot.
Kia ora!
We are Mark and Maluz. We live in Kaiteriteri permanently with our young family, renting the house out over the school summer holidays and heading off to explore new places. We love the outdoors, hiking and immersing ourselves in different cultures.
We hope you find our home a relaxing space to enjoy your holiday while visiting this beautiful area.
The golden sands and turquoise waters of Kaiteriteri and Abel Tasman National Park are an iconic feature of our beautiful region. The unique geological feature of Split Apple Rock is a 10 minute drive and short bush walk, and a little further beyond is Marahau, gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. Further afield you can explore the Moutere wine region, Kahurangi National Park or head over the hill to laid-back Golden Bay.
We live permanently in this quiet area of Kaiteriteri with only a few houses nearby. As mentioned above, we share the site with our elderly parents who live in a small house. However, the houses have been designed such that each one retains total privacy and you will not see them during your stay. They may occasionally exit and enter the property using the driveway that runs past the master bedroom at the end of the house.
There is a lovely walk down through the bush to the back of Kaiteriteri campground. This takes about 10 mins to the beach - perhaps a few minutes more coming back up! You can also walk down the road to Kaiteriteri in about 15 minutes.
