This appealing self-contained studio is ideally positioned to enjoy sun and tranquil garden views, in a peaceful, seaside environment. Please note this is a homestay i.e shared driveway and main house entrance with home owners, then the studio has its own door and is privately self contained. Recently refurbished, the studio is light and inviting with a freshly painted interior, new light fittings, carpet and double glazed windows. A modern kitchenette and ensuite bathroom offer all the required amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful views to the hills are enjoyed from the comfort of the covered deck. This is a perfect spot for those wanting a quiet place to rest, with leisurely walkways on your doorstep, the Kauri Point jetty for fishing just down the road and Ongare Point beach a leisurely ten minutes stroll along an esplanade reserve. Katikati shops and services are only a 10 min drive, or Debrief Cafe provides great food and drinks.
