Welcome to Lakaz. Our cozy, modern studio features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a comfortable living space with a 50" tv with Netflix, perfect for relaxation. The studio includes a dedicated tea and coffee bar, for a quiet moment with a warm drink or breakfast on the go. One of its standout features is access to a shared swimming pool, providing a perfect spot for recreation. The property also boasts stunning ocean views, offering a serene backdrop for daily living. Located in the scenic coastal town of Omokoroa, it provides both tranquility and easy access to outdoor activities such as kayaking, walking, fishing, golf, cycling on one of the few cycling trails around the peninsula, hot pools. Restaurants, supermarket, fast food are all walking distance. Bus stop two doors down the road. Beach reserve is across the road if you fancy a picnic.
