There's plenty of space for families or groups in this peaceful retreat with landscaped gardens and enchanting elevated views that sets the scene for alfresco gatherings & relaxation. The expansive BBQ deck & spa pool area provide the perfect setting for summer gatherings or unwinding after a long day exploring the beautiful Bay of Islands region. Just 4 minutes' drive to the beautiful beaches, shops & restaurants of Paihia, this home offers peace and quiet in easy reach of coastal adventures. *PLEASE NOTE: This is a brand new listing so we only have limited photos available. More photos coming in early February* With five bedrooms (1 King, 4 Queen), 2.5 bathrooms, two separate living spaces and a large recently renovated kitchen, this house offers a clean, contemporary space accommodating up to 10 people. The outdoor space features a large, sunny deck with outdoor seating and BBQ, a spa pool and small unheated above-ground pool plus a spacious grassed area perfect for a summer game of backyard cricket. Surrounded by native trees and set back from the street, the house provides peace, quiet and privacy while still being super convenient to Paihia, Waitangi and Haruru Falls.
Kia ora, We are in our early 40's but young at heart and very well-traveled. We love hosting guests from all around the world and letting them experience our homes and New Zealand! We are very clean and tidy non-smokers who love like being healthy. We are passionate about the environment and try our best to be eco friendly, generating a large percentage of our energy through solar power.
The house is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood on a large property surrounded by trees. It is conveniently located just 4 minutes' drive from Paihia, 3 minutes' drive to Haruru Falls, 7 minutes' drive to the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and 14 minutes' drive to the Opua ferry terminal, where you can catch the ferry to historic Russell. The nearest supermarket is 3km from the house and there's a fantastic craft beer brewery & restaurant at the end of the street. It's the perfect location for exploring the beautiful Bay of Islands and the wider region of Northland.
