Our house is a modern two-storied energy saving house built in 2022. it's tidy and clean with all the necessary facilities that a comfortable house should have. The house is featured with classical Chinese style rosewood furniture. As you can see from the attached photos, your room is fully furnished with en-suite and plenty of storage. We try hard to improve our service based on your feedback. We provide a firm queen-sized bed with a 10 centimeter thick memory sponge on top to adapt to the needs of most people. For your comfort and convenience, we also provide free Wifi, HRV ventilation system, underfloor heating in the bathroom, air con in the lounge, double glazed windows and doors, and off-street parking. During your stay, we will not enter your room without your permission for cleaning in order not to interrupt your privacy. If you do require cleaning or any other room service, please let us know.
On your arrival, you will be welcomed by your host couple Lily and Ping, who will be sharing their private house with you. We enjoy helping people and we love exercising and travelling as well as reading and tasting different local foods. We have a small export business and Ping also works as a part-time teacher at a local school. We are excited to start our accomodation services and are looking forward to having visitors from different places to visit our beautiful city. We will make sure to let you feel relaxed as our guests as we love meeting new faces and friends.
Excellent location in the heart of Riccarton district. Quiet & peaceful, close to all amenities. 3-minute walk to Christchurch's largest Westfield Shopping Mall, major bus routes, supermarkets and many restaurants. Our house is also close to a number of recreation or reservation parks, such as Riccarton Bush, Mona Vale Garden Park and Hagley Park. 5-minute drive and you will be right in the centre of Christchurch, surrounded by all this city can offer you, such as museums, art galleries, sports grounds, eateries and all the shopping excitements you would like to experience.
