Situated on the water's edge, this villa opens through glass doors to an entertainment deck, lawn and then through a gate to the beach. On arrival, soak in the peace and quiet while enjoying homemade treats with a hot beverage. Afterwards take a walk along the beach, then as the sun sets in brilliant shades of red and gold, enjoy a wine in front of the outdoor fire. Fall asleep to the sound of the tide lapping onto the sand. Wake up and prepare your continental breakfast before setting off to explore the various local attractions. Your holiday home on the ground floor of the villa consists of two bedrooms, one with a king bed (which will closed off if the booking is for 1 or 2 people only) and one with a queen bed, a lounge, dining room, bathroom and separate toilet. All four main rooms open through glass sliding doors to the views. Parking is available on the property and you have your own private access to your space. The upstairs of the property is our private home, so we are easily available if you need anything, but you can have all the privacy you want since our paths won’t cross except perhaps at the front of the property. You can kayak, fish, hunt for shellfish at low tide (seasonal), go for long walks along the beach or just lie in the sun. Located just 50 minutes from central Auckland, but only 25 minutes from the motorway, Clarks Beach has a small village feel.
