Group Bookings: A booking of four rooms or more is considered a group booking. For group bookings, the following cancellation fees apply:
More than 30 days before arrival: No cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalties.
Within 30 days to 7 days before arrival: Cancellations made within this period incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
Within 7 days of arrival: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, with no refunds available.
Final Payment: Final payment for group bookings is required 30 days prior to arrival.
