This is a beautiful home in the little township of Pegasus. It's in walking distance to Pegasus golf course, and there are lovely parks all around this area, and the beach is just down the road, this home has 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom and 2 lovely big sitting areas to watch TV or just chat.with a fully equipped kitchen.and a nice big dining table that sits 5 people. This home is very convenient to Rangiora or Woodend. And only 25km from Christchurch city center. And Hamner Spring is only 1 and 1/2 hours away by car. There is a bus stop right out the front of the Home so public transport is there if you need it.

The Pegasus Community it great with a few different things to do there are eatery just up the road to your left or right ,and a big children's park in walking distance, and a supermarket just over the main highway in Ravenswood.
