Spacious and comfortable home away from home in peaceful neighbourhood to relax and make memories. Lounge with flat screen tv and doors onto deck. Main double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Second double bedroom and single bedroom share large family bathroom, with separate shower and luxurious freestanding bath. Full kitchen to whip up a meal or take a ten minute stroll to local restaurants. Separate office. Heatpump/air con for your comfort. Spa pool in back garden. Off street parking.
Having spent many years travelling and meeting fellow travellers and many years renovating, Maria is now enjoying combining these two passions to create beautiful homes for holiday makers to truly relax and make memories.
Te Awamutu has a fabulous array of amenities including shops, restaurants, swimming pool, theatres, cinema and playgrounds. Te Awamutu is centrally located for day trips to popular tourist attractions Waitomo Caves, Otorohanga Kiwi House, Hobbiton, Hamilton Gardens. Active relaxers will love the nearby walking tracks on Mount Pirongia and Mount Kakepuku or cycling the Te Awa river trails.
