Catch & Relax is a fully self-contained, guest house, situated on a shared family property. Nestled along side the Tapu River (Waipatukahu Stream), guests can enjoy the surrounding nature while being close to everything the area has to offer. Boasting ample fishing spots, parking for boats and a boat ramp just 230 meters away. We also have a fish filleting bench on site. Directly across the road from the guest house is a private river side space, including picnic area and outdoor fire bbq (permited according to local fire ban rules), perfect for toasting marshmallow's. There are water holes dotted all along the river making summer swimming with the family easy. Lots of nature walks too! The main beach is just 600 meters down the road with a take away shop and pub close by.
Hi I’m Kim, your host. I reside on the property in a seperate dwelling with my family, including a small dog, Olly. We enjoy the rural lifestyle, with fishing, tramping, swimming. We are a busy family with everyone enjoying with their own pursuits.
