Within walking distance to town and a short drive to the famous Kaiteriteri Beaches and Abel Tasman National Park. Just a day trip away from the absolutely stunning Golden Bay /Takaka. Our Sleep out is detached from our main house, but private, warm and cozy with everything you need. We provide all bedding linin, towels and some basic kitchen equipment for the small and functional kitchenette. Outside the front door is a stainless-steel bench and sink (cold water only) and a washing machine for your use. Plenty of street parking right outside the entrance to the property.

We are a young family (mum, dad and 2 boys ages 9 & 11) with a very friendly Labrador - who may bark when you first arrive. He is just letting us know that he has people he wants to be friends with. If you are not a dog person, that's totally ok and we will make sure he stays in his fenced off area. You may hear us out in the backyard playing football, touch or just mucking around, you are welcome to come and join us or simply come and have a chat.

A great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing the beautiful Nelson / Tasman region. With the world famous Kaiteriteri and Abel Tasman National Park only a short drive away or bike ride along the great taste trail, you will enjoy having our sleep out as a base to return to. You will be a short walking distance to the local shops and cafes, where you can enjoy Motueka's famous doughnuts from the Smoking Barrel, or a leisurely walk through the town.
