Spacious 3 bedroom home ideal for your next beach holiday, sit back and enjoy the sunsets. Well designed, open plan living area extends out onto a large deck with outdoor furnishings & a BBQ. Central location a few mins stroll to the beach and a 5 min drive to Excelsa Centre with many shops, 4 Square, chemist, cafes and restaurants. New World 10 minute walk away. There are three comfortable bedrooms, (1) Main bedroom: King size bed (2) 2 king size singles and (3) 1 single with single roller bed. The master bedroom has its own ensuite and the other two bedrooms use the separate bathroom with shower, bath, vanity and toilet. The garage has a laundry. The large open plan lounge area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. The living opens onto the deck and landscaped garden with a bbq. Cook on the BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining on the deck with ample seating options. It really doesn't get any easier on holiday!
