This is a family home situated approx 7 minutes from the C.B.D close to transport if you don't have a vehicle.
Set on a stunning 12 acre's of land this home is surrounded by native trees and farmland. Clean fresh air and bird song.
Consisting of 1 kitchen, 5 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 2 very expansive living areas. Off street parking galore.
I have been doing short term accommodation at my property for the past 13 years. My guests over the years have loved staying here for family holidays & local events.
I live onsite but respect your privacy, so you are to enjoy your stay.
I love to get outdoors gardening, tramping & swimming.
You will have your own slice of private paradise here. The closest shop is roughly 1.5km away. Located in Brockville, there is a shop, Fish & Chips & a pharmacy.
